He will Come

Let us acknowledge the Lord; let us press on to acknowledge him. As surely as the sun rises, he will appear; he will come to us like the winter rains, like the spring rains that water the earth." Hosea 6:3

Today do you stand in need of increased faith, do you need a touch of heavenly power, and are you calling out for mercy with a cast down soul? Are you seeking shelter to hide your weary spirit for just a little while? Has the wind blown in leaving fear and self doubt at your door step? Are you in a place requiring a strength which flows from a source greater than your situation, greater than yourself? The answer is simple, let go of you and look to the Creator. Acknowledge the Lord in the midst of your doubt, “A hostile world! I call to God, I cry to God to help me. From his palace he hears my call; my cry brings me right into his presence - a private audience!” (Psalm 18:6, the Message) Don’t stop there press on to acknowledge the Lord and His faithfulness to you, remember all He has brought you through. You well know how He pick you up out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire and placed your feet on a rock gave you a firm place to stand. (Psalm 40:2 paraphrased). Acknowledge the Lord while you are going through. For the Lord loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. (Psalm 37:28)
That’s not all He called you, chose you for His very own., made you many promises and He will keep them all if you but open your heart and allow Him to enter and work. The Lord will not forsake you, He will gladly give you comfort in your fears; He will wash away all self-doubt.
God is your strength, God is faithful and when we call upon Him He will come as surely as the spring rains to water the earth. So let us refrain from the same old struggle when life is not so kind. We know God and we know we can trust Him to fix whatever trouble we find ourselves. He has come in the past, He will come today and He will come tomorrow; His hand will guide you and His right hand will hold you fast. He won’t let go for you are His precious daughter and He loves you.

Make a commitment to acknowledge God in all your ways, good days, troubled days, happy days, weary days. Life will not hand you anything that God is not willing to bear for you so be faithful to God as He is to you and cast all your anxieties on Him. (1 Peter 5:7) Who knows this better than Peter who failed to acknowledge Christ in His greatest time of need, yet Christ still loved Him, still made him a rock to build His church; made His life more tan He could ever dream it could or would be. How much more will He do for us when we acknowledge Him?
He will direct our paths.
He will teach us His ways.
He will hear our cries.
He will place us on firm ground.
He will lead us in righteousness,
He will turn our darkness into light.
He will pour out His love on us.
He will give us shelter.
He will quiet the winds and the waves.
He will defeat the enemy.
He will lift us up into His presence granting us a private audience.
He will show us His mighty power.

Acknowledge the Lord, your God
“Your love, God, is my song, and I'll sing it! I'm forever telling everyone how faithful you are. Psalm 89:1
The minute I said, "I'm slipping, I'm falling," your love, God, took hold and held me fast. Psalm 94:18

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:6

He who overcomes will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out his name from the book of life, but will acknowledge his name before my Father and his angels. Revelation 3:9

Prayer
Father God to your Holy name we give praise. We acknowledge Your goodness and mercy. Pease forgive us Father God when we do not quickly turn to You and acknowledge Your great goodness, strength, love, and faithfulness in time of trouble. We ask You O Lord to help us to remember Your good works and praise Your Holy Name for You will bring us out of trouble, fears, and doubts, You dear god are our refuge and our strength and in You we will trust all the days of our lives. In the matchless name of Jesus we pray.

To your questions: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Yes, I need a touch of heavenly power. Yes, I'm calling out for mercy. Yes, I'm in need of shelter for my weary spirt. Yes, the wind has brought huge storms and unbearable winds knocking me down. Yes, I'm in need of strength greater than my situation.

I ahve acknowledged the Lord in the midst of this storm. I have asked for His guidance. Though I'd like understanding of why or how, I seek to just know what HE wants me to do to rectify some relationships/friendships.

God is faithful and I'm trying to be just as faithful. (Well, we are never as faithful as He is but I'm being as faithful as I humanly know how.) I'm crutching to Him so tightly but the darkness of loneliness is so powerful.

Thank you for this reminder to continue to cling to Him, to NOT let go, to NOT grow even more weary, to TRUST with every ounce of my windblown, down cast, lonely body!

Proverbs 3:5-6 is a life verse that I cling to...trusting Him with all my heart regardless of what life brings and what people may or may not do.
Clinging to Him,
Paula

Paula God will come. I know I really don't have to tell you anythiing because the answers are in you. acknowledge your need for God in prayer, be open and honest keep telling God you want to restore some relationships. If you need to forgive than forgive if you need to ask for forgiveness than pray God will help you to do so. You know the forgiveness issues has to be cleared up first if it is needed. Another thing to consider is sometimes God moves us from people for a season because they are not what we eed at the moment. If this is the case ask God for a new friend in the meantime. Loneliness is no fum reach out to some one they too may be looking for a friend. Beleive me I know how you feel it's when we are walking in a season of loneliness we lean on the Lord more and somehow He fills us with what we need. Continue to remain faithful as you are doing. Even though it is of small comfort you have made many friends online may we be a source of comfort and strength until God has restore those you desire. I will keep you in prayer. God bless
