Power Verse for Today

Meditate On the word of God

Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as Christ in God forgave you. Follow God's example therefore, as dearly loved children and walk in the way of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God. Ephesians 4:32-5:2

God calls us to be compassionate, forgiving and loving women. Did you put on these garments today? Did you wear them all day long? If you didn't put them on ask yourself why? If you put them on and didn't keep them on ask yourself why? What led to your slip?

Let us examine ourselves closely, leave no stone unturned as you seek to walk in the way of the Lord.

Ask God how He would have you apply this word to your life. Listen closely and then apply. God is watching and waiting. He may need you to be compassionate, forgiving and loving for your next assignment.

Prayer
Father we thank you for your word, which guides and teaches us what you would have us to be. Help us today to put on the garments of compassion, forgiveness and love. Help us to wear these garments with elegance, that Your Holy Name will be glorified. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

These are spiritual garments that we should be wearing at all times, what a beautiful post that reminds us to be a reflection of our Father who is always willing to forgive and has compassion upon us all. Dear sis you are truly a vessel used for the glory of God, and I thank him for you.

Thank you for your visit yesterday, and your sweet words of encouragement!

And I think I could have used this verse yesterday... if I have had these on I would have been a better mommy...

Today was definitely better... we all have some nice family time at the park... it was good for my heart!

Blessings!
