Thankful Thursdays

I am thankful for the Lord’s House where I can go freely
I am thankful that in the Lord’s house I can worship freely
I am thankful in the Lord’s house I can make a joyful noise
I am thankful in the Lord’s house I can pray
I am thankful in the Lord’s House I can leave my all on the altar; worries, doubts, insecurities, sickness, work, family, friends, associates, problems, troubles, trails and tribulations.
I am thankful in the Lord’s House I can hear a testimony for my soul
I am thankful in the Lord’s House I can move into His Presence
I am thankful in the Lord’s House my tears can flow and flow and flow
I am thankful in the Lord’s House my heart can lift Him Up, Magnify His Holy name
I am thankful in the Lord’s House my Spirit can shout glory hallelujah
I am thankful in the Lord’s House my Soul can find peace, love, gentleness, joy.
I am thankful in the Lord’s House I can meet with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost.
I am thankful I am the Lord’s House and I don’t have to wait until Sunday but can daily meet with Him in His house and have all I need, entering His gates on the Sabbath with a praise on my lips and a song in my heart, thanksgiving in my soul.

Thankful Thursdays Scripture
Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? 1 Corinthians 6:19

Together, we are His house, built on the foundation of the apostles and the prophets. And the cornerstone is Christ Jesus Himself. We are carefully joined together in Him, becoming a holy temple for the Lord. Ephesians 2:20-21

My Thankful Thursday Prayer
Lord my God I thank you for making me a temple, a place where You dwell; A place where You Lord are molding me to be holy and acceptable to you. Help me Lord to truly show my gratefulness by being a temple dedicated to You, performing Your service which others may see and desire to be a part of Your Kingdom. Let me be a temple of peace, joy, love, kindness, compassion, humility, gentleness and righteousness. Let me be a temple whose light shines forth in darkness. Let me be a temple which cries out in the wilderness, preparing the way for You my Savior. In the blessed and awesome, righteous Name of Jesus I pray. Amen

I say amen! I also love to be in His house. Psalm 26:8 - O Lord, I love the habitation of Thy house, and the place where Thy glory dwells. I love the tears there also. I'm a bawlbaby in the Kingdom of God....and proud of it! HA! Thanks for sharing. Blessings.
