The Joy of My Salvation Thankful Thursday

The Joy of My Salvation
Last week I was have a moment with God and as I was praising God for being the joy of my salvation, I realize what these words really mean to me. The emotions which envelop me brought me to a place I have had the pleasure of experiencing several times in recent days; indescribable, not the moments but God. Sometimes the words we use to describe God are just not enough and this is the reason He is the joy of my salvation. My salvation is wonderful and I am very thankful for it; but now I realize it is God’s presence in my salvation, it is my relationship with Him, it is God showing up in my life at unexpected times, doing unexpected things. God is the

joy of my salvation because He cares for me beyond even my understanding, He loves me special. God has given me so much the greatest Jesus Christ who made my salvation possible. He open the door so I could be righteous in the eyes of God, Jesus made it possible for me to draw close to my Lord to move beyond the outer courts but into the holy of holies and there I find God’s glory. God Himself laid the path for me to know Him, experience Him, trust Him, love Him, and seek to dwell in Him all the days of my eternal life. He is the joy of my salvation because He is “Salvation”- Jesus-Jehovah is salvation.

Today I give thanks
For the wonderful indescribable joy of my salvation.
For the moments in which God speaks directly to my heart, revealing Himself to me.
For opportunities to share God with others who seek to know Him.
Because God has dressed me in clothing of salvation and I am as beautiful as a bride with her jewels.

Deeper Personal Study and Reflection

Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. Habakkuk 3:18

I am overwhelmed with joy in the LORD my God! For he has dressed me with the clothing of salvation and draped me in a robe of righteousness. I am like a bridegroom in his wedding suit or a bride with her jewels. Isaiah 61:10

But I will offer sacrifices to you with songs of praise, and I will fulfill all my vows. For my salvation comes from the LORD alone." Jonah 2:9

WFW-Joy

Joy!

Great joy belongs to those who belong to God. Eyes have not seen, ears have not heard the great things God has in store for us.

In my Father’s House are many mansions, I go to prepare a place for you.
There shall be no more tears.
We shall be like Him.
We shall sup at the Lord’s Table.
We shall wear a crown of righteousness
We shall be clothed in a white robe, fine linen
We shall have a new name.
We shall walk streets paved with gold.
We shall never be hungry, nor thirst again.
We shall eat fruit from the tree of life
We shall go through the gates of the city.
We shall be like Christ.
We shall tabernacle with God and He will be our God.

Praise and honor and power and glory to God, our God and Lord forever and ever.

Joyful Praise

Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation. Psalm 95:1

The Lord our God brings great joy. My soul cries out to Him with Joy.
The Lord is the center of my joy. How glad I am to serve the Living God, the God and Father of my Redeemer, my Savior. I can not find joy except in My Lord. He has done great things for me. What ever we stand in need of God provides. He alone knows what is right for us. He alone shows us the correct path. God is our guide, leading us into His Holy presence, His good purpose for our life.
Life may bring stress, pressures, calamity, troubles and tribulations. We may make mistakes and we often don’t live up to our own expectations much less the Lords’. Even in our messed up crazy life God still give joy. Why my soul are you cast down, why my soul do you ache, you have forgotten the joy of the Lord but glory to His name He has not forgotten you. Praise the Lord O my soul and forget not His benefits.
Today is a day of thanksgiving, a day of rejoicing, today is a good day because no matter what comes good or bad we have the joy of the Lord on our side.
Let not sorrows, past errors or the world bring you down today cast it all upon the Lord. Trust in Him, rejoice in him, up lift Him with your trust, your gratitude and your love.
Today is a day of joy; know there is no situation or circumstance the Lord can’t handle. You have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, the Lord his very self is walking with you, talking to you, fellowshipping with you, calling you to spend this day with Him. Have joy, be joyful, and give joy; the Savior sets at the right hand of God advocating for you. Rejoice! The joy of the Lord is your salvation.

Commit to bring joy to the Lord today.
1-Let today be a day of sacrifice. Sacrifice thank offerings to God, fulfill your vows to the Most High, Psalm (50:14)
2-Offer prayers of thanksgiving to God. Go boldly to the throne of grace not for asking but for giving. “May my prayer be set before you like incense; may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.”
3-Praise His Holy Name; The Lord lives! Praise be to my Rock! Exalted be God, the Rock, my Savior! (2 Samuel 22:47).
4- Magnify the Lord for His marvelous works in your life; O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together. (Psalm 34:3)
5- Love unconditionally Mostly what God does is love you. Keep company with him and learn a life of love. Observe how Christ loved us. His love was not cautious but extravagant. He didn't love in order to get something from us but to give everything of himself to us. Love like that. Ephesians 5:2

My sisters in Christ our joy comes from the great God of heaven and earth. Let today be a day of celebration, dedicate this day to God, our Father, our Savior, our Rock, our Strength, our Shield, our Provider, our Refuge, our Wonderful Counselor, our Comforter, our Peace, our High Priest, our all and all, our Lord.

“That day they offered great sacrifices, an exuberant celebration because God had filled them with great joy. The women and children raised their happy voices with all the rest. Jerusalem's jubilation was heard far and wide. Nehemiah 12:43

Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of his works with songs of joy.

He proved he's on my side; I've thrown my lot in with him. Now I'm jumping for joy, and shouting and singing my thanks to him.

Prayer
O blessed Father, to you we offer a sacrifice of praise, How great is our God, the Rock of our salvation. Holy God we will sacrifice a freewill offering to you; we will praise your name, O Lord, for it is good.* You O Lord is the joy of our salvation, the center of all our joys. You delight in us and freely offer Yourself, great is thy name and greatly to be phrased. When the righteous see you God in action they'll laugh, they'll sing, they'll laugh and sing for joy.* Great is our joy because we have the great God of heaven and earth as our God. In Jesus mighty and powerful Name we offer this prayer of praise. Amen

Today's Prayer

Father God In the name of Jesus our Savior we thank You and we praise You for the wonderful joy you give to our souls. We thank you Father for the joy You gives the world cannot take away from us. It is solid and lasting for it is from You O lord. the world often does not understand our joy for it knows You not. Your joy gives peace and comfort, it gives strength and hope. Your joy reaches to the innermost part of us and Lord we thank You. Praise to your name. Lord we thank You for Your word, even when it convicts us, for in this conviction we seek You even more Lord, for we know we stand in need of You. Lord help us to love with all our heart, soul and mind. Glory to Your Holy Name. In Your Loving Name Jesus we Pray.

A Vessel for God

If you keep yourself pure, you will be a special vessel (utensil) for honorable use. Your life will be clean, and you will be ready for the Master to use you for every good work. 2Timothy 2:21

Arise Woman Of God

Rise up O woman of God In what He has given you

The things God has laid on your heart

Rise up, go forth, and do

Unlock what God has placed within

The potential you have inside

The world is waiting for your release

To expand your wings and fly

Arise in your God-given gifts

For this is your finest hour

Becoming A Woman Of Excellence

A woman of excellence

Is what I long to be

Filled with your godly wisdom

A woman of integrity

Lord I Shall Mediate On Your Word

Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanders or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbnds, so that no one will malign the word of God. Titus 2:3-5

Reflect in your heart and be still. (Psalm 4:4)

Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices, and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator. Colossians 3:9

Spiritual Pearls

Faith- A woman of FAITH is a woman with courage knowing she can conquer all things with Christ. Living in FAITH means doubt is a foreign word to me. Each morning she calls on God. "give me a spirit of FAITH today."
Gentleness-The GENTLE woman lives from the inside out. She allows the Spirit of God to lead her with strength, confidence, and wisdom. Her power is not in being the center of attention. She moves softly in loving kindness, gently changing her world to become more like the kingdom. Each morning she arises and God hears her voices as she brings her requests, praying to no one but the Lord and waits expectantly for His still, quiet voice.
Grace- The woman of GRACE shines her favor on all crossing her path. She seek ways to be kind, and giving to others. Each morning she ask God to help her to give GRACE as He has so kindly bestowed His GRACE on her.
Humility- The woman of HUMILITY knows all she is, and all she does is because of God working and living in her. The Savior is HUMBLY living through her. HUMBLY waiting for her to speak, "Savior I invite You to take the lead and I HUMBLY give You the Glory."
Joy-The woman of JOY knows the Lord is the JOY of her Salvation. The world does not touch her soul no matter what it brings her way. Her JOY is in the Lord. Each morning she says to God, You are my JOY O'Lord and none other.
Peace- The woman of peace does not engage in any activity that promotes discord, chaos or confusion. She is the one who brings PEACE in the midst of trouble. Each morining she ask God for a spirit of PEACE.
Praise- A woman of praise knows God inhabits her praise. Each morning her lips flow with PRAISE and she says to God today Your PRAISE shall continually be upon my mouth.
Prayer- The woman of PRAYER seeks intimacy with God. Each morning she speaks, "Lord keep me in constant communication with You". Each night she says "Lord I thank You because I have been with Jesus all the day long."
Purity-A woman PURE is a reflection of God and His purity. Each moring she prays to the Father cleanse me of all sin, wash me in the precious blood of Jesus, that I may stand before you PURE.
Self Control- The Woman who has SELF-CONTROL is walking in control of all areas of her life. Each morning she speaks with Jesus asking Him to be Lord of her life controlling of her actions becoming a sweet aroma unto Him.
Truth- A woman of TRUTH lives her life honestly, with integrity. She is not fake, and lives authentically, even if she must speak TRUTH gently to those she loves and care about. Her soul will not allow her to live in any other way. Each morning she says to God. Let Your TRUTH flow from me today.
Worship- A woman of WORSHIP bows down her life to God. Each morning she bows down asking God to led her into WORSHIP, let every word, thought, act, step, be in WORSHIP to You, My Lord!

Seeking Quietness

This is what the Sovereign Lord. the Holy One of Israel says: Only in returning to me and resting in me will you be saved. In quietness and confidence shall be your strength. But you would have none of it. Isaiah 30:15

It's a good thing to quietly hope, quietly hope for help from God. Lamentation 3:26 Message

Make it your goal to live a quiet life, minding your own business and working with your hands just as we instructed you before. Than people who are not christians will respect the way you live, and you will not need to depends on others. 1 Thessalonians 4:11-12

Thanksgiving-A Grateful Heart

1- Thank You God for new mercies every morning, for taking me from glory to glory, for traveling mercies, for the beauty of your creation (what beautiful mountains my daughter and I shared the weekend, for the trip, for the financial blessings) and for Your peace.

2- Today I give thanks and is full of gratefulness for my Salvation, Christ the lover of my soul- for His forgiving nature. In spite of my many faults I know God has forgiven me for every one- He is Just and if I confess He gladly forgives me and continues to do His good work in me, molding and shaping me for His good purpose. "But I will offer sacrifices to You with songs of praise, and I will fulfill all my vows. For my salvation comes from the Lord alone." Jonah 2:19

3-Thanks is given for the skills and abilities God has blessed me. Allowing me to use them to bless/serve others.

4-Gratefulness is in my heart for God's goodness. In His goodness is His love, grace and mercy. All He freely and lovingly gives to me.

5-My heart is full with thanksgiving for the Holy Spirit, my guide, my strength, comforter and teacher. God in me!

6. Lord Thy God for Your Faithfulness, Thank You!

8- Thanks is given for Abundant Living.

10-My heart says thank You Lord for Your Truth.
