I am thankful for Christ work on the cross; there He took on all my diseases, sins, hurts, pains, filth, and messes. He stood in my place that I might e able to stand before a righteous God.
I am thankful God meets me in the morning with His faithful love and reveals to me the way I should go. He always meets me when I take the time to come to Him.
I am thankful God will set the course for my path. I am thankful He doesn’t give up on me when I ignore His direction and choose my own way. He quietly waits for my return to His direction.
I am thankful God makes sure I get the lesson; He won’t let me leave whatever place I find myself over and over until I say finally God I get it and I begin to apply it to my life.
I am thankful I am never really alone in any situation. There is someone somewhere going through or have been through what I am experiencing. What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun. Ecclesiastes 1:9
I am truly thankful for God’s word for it is truly a lamp to my feet and a light for my path. Psalm 119:105. It is His voice speaking to me everyday in many ways, directly from His written word, from other women sharing their thoughts and learning from their own experiences and studies.
I am thankful when the Holy Spirit shows up in my prayer, devotional. Study time. It brings me joy indescribable.
I am thankful God chooses to dwell in one such as I.
Day and night they never stop saying: "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come." Whenever the living creatures give glory, honor and thanks to him who sits on the throne and who lives for ever and ever, the twenty-four elders fall down before him who sits on the throne, and worship him who lives for ever and ever. They lay their crowns before the throne and say: "You are worthy, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they were created and have their being." Revelation 4:8a-11
