Instructions from God

Today my daughter I want you to know You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit--fruit that will last.

Here is what I want you to know and do.

"I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. Know My Father will cut you off if you bear no fruit.
Know My Father will prune you if you bear fruit so that you will be even more fruitful.
Remain in me daughter, and I will remain in you because you cannot bear fruit by yourself; you must remain in me, the vine.
Daughter if you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; remember always apart from me you can do nothing.
Daughter if you do not remain in me, you will wither and be thrown away, than you will be picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.
If you remain in me my daughter and my words remain in you, you can ask whatever you wish, and it will be given to you.
"As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Daughter I ask you now to remain in my love. If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.
Go forth today bearing much fruit in love for this is to my Father's glory, that you bear much fruit, in love showing yourselves to be my disciple. Based on John 15

Wow .. The pruning (yikes)
Hurts at times but an important process that we have to go through at times but the after results becomes so pleasing to our father.

I remember I had a plant that was growing so beautifully ( so I thought)
but I was told in order for it to produce the blooms that should have been apparent but was not because it needed to be cut back. I could either accept it just as it was bushy but no flowers or cut it back and enjoy the fullness of both the bushiness plus flowers. So I did prune it and let me tell you I never saw such a even more beautiful plant ever. *smile*
Thanks for this reminder of how God's pruning can produce beauty in his holiness.

Beautiful, and written so personal and heartfelt. God is good. His pruning hurts sometimes, but He only means it for our good.
How wonderful that He forever gets rid of the bad junk by burning it, so we don't HAVE to carry it around with us(or let it get tangled up with the healthy stuff).
Thank you for this.
Love, Debra

Very good and very true. Thank you for sharing on Spiritual Sundays. Yours was the first post I read when I got up this morning. It inspired me.
