I easily give thanks when I find myself on the mountain top
I have learned to give thanks when I awaken in the valley low
I utter words of thanks at the rise of the morning, when God whisper awaken I have another day for you.
I honor my God with words of thanks when He pulls me from the deep
I shout thank You Lord when I think about the food He put on my table, the house my table reside, the closet filled with clothes, shoes to put on my feet, a warm bed to
lay my head, refreshing water, vents which flow heat, and air, car to carry me to a job, my daughter to school, games etc, oh thanks for traveling mercies.
Sometimes my heart says thank you when I find the lost item, when I remember a promise to fulfill, a task to complete, when my chaos becomes organized peace.
Gazing upon the blue sky filled with tiny white clouds, a flower busting with the brilliance of color, orange and brown and red and yellow leaves creating a magnificence view giving the heart joy, sparkling stars against the dark sky, a full moon glowing from afar thank you must be render to God for all creation.
Thank you flow when my heart, spirit and soul come together in unison in the quiet of the morning and guide my lifted voice into His Holy Presence, His loving Presence, where His Voice says come, come into my Sanctuary.
